AI for Good Challenge

The AI for Good Challenge is back for 2020 and is open to students from Years 7 – 12. The Challenge provides an opportunity for students to learn about AI (Artificial Intelligence) and invent an AI concept that will help make a difference in the world.

Last year over 600 ideas were submitted nationally and students from St Aloysius College won the Year 7-9 category at the state finals and represented SA at the national finals, coming 3rd overall. Congratulations girls!

The teaching resources are all provided free of charge in a series of 4 downloadable modules. The challenge is flexible enough to run the modules over a series of weeks or complete in 1 day. Or your class can attend the AI for Good Hackathon and have an Education Changemakers facilitator run the modules for you.

The challenge is open now until the 15th May. For further information please visit the AI for Good Challenge website.
