STEM Weather Station Challenge: Students working with Bureau of Meteorology

Students from five CESA schools are participating in CESA’s STEM Weather Station Challenge 2019.

Incorporating the Digital Technologies curriculum, STEM Learning, and a student-centred Project Based Learning pedagogy, the Challenge has students in Years 7 to 9 building weather stations for their school.

The CESA Learning Technologies team arranged for a Bureau of Meteorology technician to participate in the project and critique and comment on students’ work. Read more about the project and the BOM’s involvement here.
